ACO Virtual - Australian Chamber Orchestra's ground-breaking virtual experience

ACO Virtual is the Australian Chamber Orchestra's ground-breaking virtual orchestra. This interactive, immersive experience transports the visitor and audience into a world of sublime music by Bach, Grieg, Roger Smalley and Astor Piazolla. Imagine standing on stage surrounded by the Australian Chamber Orchestra's virtuoso musicians, watching bows and fingers fly, feeling the bass line, or hearing the exquisite tones of Artistic Director Richard Tognetti's Guarneri del Gesu violin up close.

Visitors can stand among the thirteen projections of the musicians, and using a touch screen device can choose how to hear and see the musicians play. Audiences from all over Australia have been blown away by the experience.

This is a great experience for young and old, and those who love music of any form will get an incredible understanding of the many aspects of how music is brought together in an orchestra. This is another fantastic travelling show brought to the Slim Dusty Centre by the Australian Chamber Orchestra, MOD productions and the Slim Dusty Foundation.
