The Bangalow Community Market, held on the fourth Sunday of each month, is a showcase of local produce including fruit, vegetables, bread, jams, clothes, jewellery, skin care products, plants, crafts and artwork.

Visit the annual Billycart Derby in May or the Bangalow Show in November with animals, contests and fireworks.

Heaths Old Wares are closing on October 11 2015 - they are looking for a new location so stay tuned and they will update the details when they know where they will be.

Ross, the mastermind behind Heath's Old Wares, has a great respect and passion for local history, and has an extensive collection of dairy memorabilia.

Bangalow is a quaint heritage village with strong community sentiment just a little above Byron Bay. The famous Bangalow Community Markets are held on the fourth Sunday of the month.

Visit their web site to look at 'Local Trail', which will provide a current list of other antique, collectable, second hand and emporium stores from Chinderah to Ulmarra, into Casino, Kyogle and Old Grevillia.

Byron Bay Bike Park has the only purpose-built single track in the Byron Bay region. The Bike Park is open to members, guests of members and open days.

Macadamia Castle


Fur, feathers, fine food and family fun - The Macadamia Castle is full of little surprises! There are lots of native furry friends and cuddly nursery animals, mini golf, train rides, playgrounds and barbecues. The Bangalow Markets are on the fourth Sunday of every month. It is a gathering of locals, a get-together of artists, artisans, bakers, victuallers, therapists, farmers and friends. Part of the continuing success of the market is the beautiful grounds the markets are held in, which are dominated by eleven huge camphor laurel trees which provide welcome shade and rustling leaves and a magic forest atmosphere.
