Euabalong

Euabalong, located right on the Lachlan River, is just the place to catch that big one. Anglers from near and far come to camp on the banks of Lachlan, one of Australia’s last unspoilt rivers, and share in some great bags of fish including cod, golden perch and redfin .. many returning every year. There are several river reserves near the village. Euabalong is also the heart of the brush cutting industry, where men take on the elements in one of the last hands on trades left. Find out about it at the local brush cutters hangout, the Melaleuca café. The local anglers club ensures the river is regularly restocked.
