Belmont

The City of Belmont is a vibrant community located six kilometres from Perth's central business district, along 11 kilometres of Swan River frontage. Belmont was originally established as the Belmont Road Board in 1898 and has since grown to a thriving municipality of over 30,000 inhabitants, known as the City of Belmont. Belmont comprises the suburbs of Ascot, Redcliffe, Belmont, Cloverdale, Kewdale and Rivervale. Belmont's business precinct is less than 10 minutes from Perth.
