Wagga Wagga Trail Marathon Running Weekend


The Wagga Trail Marathon will be held in August and is the premier distance running event in the region.

The weekend consists of an event suited to the whole family with a 1.5 kilometre kids run, five kilometre, 10 kilometre, half marathon, marathon and even a mountain bike marathon.

The event starts and finishes at the recently upgraded Wagga Beach and follows the Wiradjuri Walking Track around some of the best walking trails the city has to offer. Runners will be greeted by some of the fantastic natural areas including Lake Albert, the Murrumbidgee River and Pomingalarna Reserve.
