Kurrajong Radio Museum takes visitors on a nostalgic trip through The Golden Years of Radio.

There are hundreds of radios on display covering the domestic, armed services, professional, commercial and hobby fields. There are interactive displays and demonstrations, along with their own radio station and broadcast studio. You can even have a go at sending a Morse Code message or check out the radio station control room.

Be prepared to be entertained!

The display is the fruits of many years of collecting, now fully organised and operating.
Ian willingly shares his knowledge in demonstrations and various anecdotes which add to the character of the visit.

Trees Adventure Grose River Park


The Trees Adventure Grose River Park is one of the ultimate Treetop experiences in New South Wales.

It features exciting and challenging courses that become increasingly difficult as you climb higher into the canopy, which means that you can find the right level to suit you between two metres to more than 20 metres for the thrill seekers. Art In Action 2016


A long weekend of workshops for all artists - Beginner, Intermediate to Advanced. Art In Action is three days of Interactive Workshops with talented Tutors from all around the country. Tutors are proficient in a wide range of mediums, techniques and styles including watercolour, pastel, acyclic, oils, encaustics and mixed media.

All workshops will be held at the Merroo Conference Centre, Mill Road, Kurrajong and accommodation is available on site, including all meals from supper Friday night to lunch on Sunday, with morning and afternoon teas.

The Art in Action event provides a great opportunity for local artists to not only learn new techniques and styles from accomplished tutors, but also allows the local art community to come together and celebrate their artistic interests.

Richmond Stamp and Coin Show


At the Richmond Stamp, Coin and Collectables Fair there will be an interesting variety of philatelic and numismatic material available to purchase from Clubs and Dealers (from NSW and ACT). Sale tables will include Stamps and Covers, Australasia, Pacifics, World, Thematics, Cinderellas, accessories, and Club Circuit Books. Also a good range of ephemera and vintage tins.

Activities at the show will include Club Exhibit and raffle.

There will be a P Stamp Cover, Booklet and Overprinted Miniature Sheet as souvenirs.

The Fair is held twice per year. The April Fair will be at Richmond NSW, and the August Fair will see a change of venue to East Kurrajong School of Arts.
