Sweat vs Steam

The Sweat vs Steam is a footrace against one of Echuca's famous Paddlesteamers the PS Pevensey.

The Greater Murray YMCA conducts the annual Sweat vs Steam Fun Run each year, with all money raised being donated to the Echuca-Moama community.

The Sweat vs Steam is considered to be the one regional fun run not to be missed. Why? Some say the tracks are the best you will find, others say it's the scenery and because you have a real chance of beating the PS Pevensey.

The run is a unique experience and walkers are encouraged to participate. Though runners need to complete the 13 kilometre run against PS Pevensey to be able to claim they have challenged the Pev, all competitors irrespective of race category can obtain a commemorative certificate showing they have competed in the Sweat vs Steam.

All registrations need to be done online prior to the day.
