Cable Ski Logan and BaySide Aqua Park


Cable Ski Logan and BaySide Aqua Park are nestled snugly half way between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Friendly staff and an entertaining crew of locals make you feel most welcome. No prior experience is required as staff go through safety instructions, coaching and equipment use with you to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. With kneeboards and life vests included in the cost of riding, all you need to worry about it coming into the park and giving it a go.

The newest attraction BaySide Aqua Park is fun inflatable water park for all the family from six years old and up (three to six may participate however must be within arms reach of parent/guardian at all times).

Eagleby Wetlands


Eagleby Wetlands provides an important habitat for waterbirds and reptiles, and is located adjacent to the Albert River. Featured in the wetlands are varied bird habitats such as melaleuca and brackish swamps, a freshwater lake, woodland, cane fields, and open grassland. More than 200 Australian native bird species have been recorded in the area, including 19 of the 24 Australian Raptors, and almost half of the bird species found in Queensland.

The Yugambeh Museum Language and Heritage Research Centre is dedicated to recording and promoting traditional knowledge in the Yugambeh Language Region, which extends through the Gold Coast, Logan and Scenic Rim regions.

Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum


Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum (BHV&M) takes you on a journey of years gone by. This collection of our heritage organised as a village is dedicated to preserving the cultural legacy of the old Beenleigh region for current and future generations.

A popular tourist destination for school students, families and seniors tours, the Beenleigh Historical Village features early Australia memorabilia, collections of items and even entire buildings which have been lovingly preserved and restored. They're also a favourite location for car and bike clubs, and special functions such as weddings.

There are 20 heritage buildings filled with original items used by those who lived in the 1860s and onward. Their extensive collection has been either donated to the Village or were the original products/items belonging in the homes they have on site.

You can see the old St. George Anglican Church, The Beenleigh Council Chambers, Willkie's General Store, the old Dodge fire engines, family homes, the Loganholme One Teacher School, the Post Office and much more.
