Hindmarsh Island

Hindmarsh Island is the site of the southern hemisphere's largest freshwater marina development. It's a river bound island, connected by a bridge from Goolwa, a boatie's haven. Hindmarsh Island offers you the chance to marvel at the Murray Mouth, impeded by a twisting, shifting mass of sand dunes.
