Arrival Information:

- If you have an Australian capable phone, turn it on as soon as possible. (Please provide is with your number at time of booking)

- On arrival, walk directly to the Arrivals Hall.

- You will find the Exemplar Transfer Desk immediately to your left as you enter the hall.

- Prior to collecting luggage, check in with the desk staff, who will offer guidance on where to meet your driver and vehicle.

- Once you retrieve your luggage from the nominated carousel proceed to your vehicle.
