- Vessels depart from the Airport Jetty located approximately 100 metres from the Airport Terminal. Passengers should go to the Cruise Whitsundays desk in the arrival concourse on arrival.

- Porters will transfer luggage from the Airport Terminal to the Airport Jetty.
- This service is strictly for passengers flying into Hamilton Island Airport only, and not for guests staying on Hamilton Island.
