	As a general rule for airport dropoffs, the pickup time should be: 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours prior to departure of domestic flights and 2 ¼ to 3 hours prior to departure of international flights.
Important Info:	Child Restraints: Correct age and weight of children travelling in private vehicles must now be advised at time of booking. Restraints provided (additional charge payable direct) are as follows: 0-6 months and less than 8 kilograms Forward facing capsule. 6 months to 4 years and between 8 and 12 kilograms Rear facing capsule. 6 months to 4 years and between 8 and 18 kilograms Forward facing child restraint with harness belts. 4 years to 7 years and between 14 and 26 kilograms Booster seat with harness belts. NOTE: - Carers should indicate what type of restraint child currently utilises in the family vehicle and this will be advised to Prestige Connections. - Two child restraints will not fit into a 4 seater vehicle if travelling with 2 adults. Sedans: - Sedans will only accommodation a maximum of 2 adults with luggage. If 4 adults require a vehicle with luggage, a large vehicle type must be booked. Sedans: A Tarago Van or similar may be provided if a Sedan is not available. Reconfirmation: - Passengers must reconfirm pick-up details 24 hours prior with Prestige Connections between 8:00am-5:00pm on 07 4099 5950. Excess Luggage: - All private sedan vehicle storage restriction only permits 2 standard suitcase under 30kg. Clients over this will be required to pay Excess Baggage of AUD5.00 per bag for Cairns City transfers and AUD10.00 per bag for all other destinations. Please make every effort to advise before arrival if the client has Excess Luggage to ensure the appropriate trailer size is available.
