This package includes return air travel from Melbourne – Ayers Rock – Melbourne, and 2 nights’ accommodation at Ayers Rock Resort including breakfast (3 nights’ accommodation including breakfast over the Easter and Queen’s Birthday long weekends).
Air Travel Terms & Conditions
All air travel included in this package will be provided by a third party operator (Airline). Tickets will be issued by Voyages on behalf of the Airline as its agent only. At the time of publication, all air travel included in this package is to be provided by Alliance Airlines. By purchasing this package you warrant and agree that you have read and understand Alliance Airlines’ Conditions of Carriage (available in full at http://www.allianceairlines.com.au/travel-with-us/terms-andconditions/) including (without limitation) the following:
1. Check in at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport opens 90 minutes prior to departure, and passengers are requested to check-in no later than 60 minutes prior to departure.
2. For infants not requiring their own seat, proof of age (under 2) may be required.
3. Seat availability is limited (not available on all days or flights).
4. Flight departs Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport on Fridays and the return flights depart Ayers Rock Airport on Sundays, except on the Easter & Queen’s Birthday weekends when the return flight departs on Monday.
5. A checked-in luggage allowance of 20kg per passenger is included in the package price. Carry-on baggage is permitted with a maximum weight of 7kg and size restrictions will be strictly applied. Excess luggage may be accepted at the discretion of Alliance and subject to available space, however excess fees will apply.
6. Airfares for children between 2 years and 15 years of age are charged at the normal adult rate. Infants 2 years and under fly free when nursed on an adult’s lap. Carry-on baggage allowances do not apply to an infant not occupying an aircraft seat.
7. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the above Air Travel Terms and Conditions and Alliance Airlines’ (or a substitute Airline’s) Terms & Conditions, the Airline’s Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
In addition to Alliance Airlines Terms & Conditions, the following Booking Conditions apply to all flight bookings:
8. Flights are sold on a return basis and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Date changes are permitted free of charge until 30 days prior to departure, subject to availability, however if the new airfare is higher the differential amount is payable by you. No refund will apply if the airfare of the new date is at a lower price.
10. Within 30 days prior to departure, date changes are not permitted.
11. Voyages may, if necessary, arrange for an airline other than Alliance Airlines to provide air travel in which case that carrier’s conditions of carriage will apply. Voyages will notify you of any such change at the earliest opportunity. No extra charges will apply in such circumstances.
12. Voyages will make best efforts to notify you of any delays to or cancellations of flights at the earliest opportunity, however it is strongly recommended that you check departure times on the day of travel.
13. Voyages takes no responsibility for any decision by Alliance Airlines (or any other Airline) to refuse to allow you to board an aircraft where you are in breach of its Conditions of Carriage and in such circumstances you will not be entitled to a refund on your accommodation.
14. Valid for bookings made between Wednesday 22nd January 2014 and Wednesday 25th June 2014 by 5pm AEST. Valid for travel between 4th April 2014 and 29th June 2014.
