Heathcote-Graytown National Park


Easily accessible by road, the Heathcote-Graytown National Park is a great place for bushwalks. Mt Ida and Viewing Rock provide views of Heathcote and surrounding areas.

If an overnight stay is more your style, pitch a tent at the Dargile picnic ground and wake up to a choir of birds. The park also has a rich history with relics from the gold rush and war era to discover at Graytown.

Australian Army Tank Museum


Located on the working Puckapunyal Military Base, the Australian Army Tank Museum is home to over 70 armoured fighting vehicles, making it one of the largest armour museums in Australia.

Mementos of your visit can be purchased from the model and souvenir shop.

Make a day of your visit, with barbecue facilities are available for visitors to use onsite.

Please note that as the museum is located on a working military base it may close suddenly for security reasons.

Nagambie Water Ski Club - Club Day


The Nagambie Water Ski Club was formed late in 1980 and has a home site along the Goulburn River just upstream from the Nagambie township.

The club is primarily a family, social orientated ski club. Since that time the club has maintained the highest standards of behaviour and safety whilst encouraging the sport within the Nagambie area.

Part of the Goulburn River between Sandy Creek and Tahbilk Winery will be closed between 8:00am and 3:00pm. Supervised boat transit arrangements in place.

Heathcote Visitor Centre


Heathcote Visitor Centre is located in High Street in the centre of Heathcote with good access and visibility to all travellers.

Friendly staff with excellent local knowledge will look after all of your information needs in Heathcote's most sustainable building.
