Salus Spa at Lake House

Hepburn Regional Park


Hepburn Regional Park is located around the famous mineral springs townships of Daylesford, Hepburn and Hepburn Springs. Here you will find natural mineral springs and relics of the gold mining era set in delightful bush surroundings.

The sheltered extinct volcanic crater of Mount Franklin provides ideal surroundings for a picnic or short term camping. Panoramic views can be obtained from the summit and there is a scenic walking track along the rim of the crater.

Goat Masterclass


Bullarto Primary School's Anglo-Nubian goat stud will be open for one day only for the public to discover the wide range of products and benefits that come from goat ownership.

Join the school children and the Central Highlands Goat Club to learn how to milk goats and separate the milk, before creating butter, cheese and ice-cream.

Bullarto, a tiny town in central Victoria, lies 10 kilometres from Daylesford nestled between the Wombat State Forest and the local potato farming community.

Stay in one of the areas local picturesque B&B properties or in the beautiful spa town of Hepburn Springs for the weekend before joining us at our Goat Masterclass.

Daylesford Farmers Market


On the first Saturday of the month Daylesford's local farmers, producers and vignerons gather on the oval of the Daylesford Primary School to sell their very fresh produce and products.

You will find everything from cheese, olives, olive oil, eggs, fresh meats, fresh veg and fruit, local honey, jams and preserves, bread, truffles and all your weekly staples to seedlings, plants and chooks for the backyard.

Arian Lane is one half of Ballarat folk act Ari and Rhiannon, and lead singer of The Drowsy Maggies. With an original sound inspired by her love for folk, hip hop and rock and roll music, Arian writes soulful and honest songs.

Daylesford / Hepburn Springs Mineral Water Festival


The area of Daylesford Hepburn Springs has 85 per cent of Australia's natural mineral water - the jewel in the crown of this magnificent country.

Queen's Birthday Weekend: June 11, 12 and 13, 2016 from 10:00am to 5.30pm.

This gift from nature is celebrated each year by offering a happy and healthy festival for the whole family.

There will be natural organic preservative and chemical free Mineral Water Beer, Apple Cider and Ginger Beer, Hot Chocolate (Mayan and plain), coffee, teas (hot and iced) and German beer cakes.

Gourmet chef, Vanessa Weidemann, will be cooking up a storm for you all this year. Vanessa will be making gourmet soups (plus traditional) for your enjoyment, lunches, brunches and more. Yummy.

Vanessa is a traditional Australian chef cooking all nation foods with a twist of her own flair.

Korweinguboora: Travel Tips

Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre


Situated in the heart of the Spa Country the Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre is the perfect place to commence your visit to this wonderful region.

Whether you are here for a day or a week, their friendly volunteer staff members will be able to provide you with information on accommodation, attractions, things to see and do, events, eating out, regional information and much more.

Located in the old fire station building, walking into the Centre is like walking into another world. Their Interpretive Mineral Water Display includes an educational and informative video, and a showcase area displaying information on many of the attractions the area has to offer.

Available free to hire from the Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre is the TrailRider - All Terrain Wheelchair. This allows those visitors who have limited mobility to access walking tracks and trails that they would not normally be able to access. Contact them to get more information. Bookings essential.

The Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre is open every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
