Lardner Park

Located in picturesque West Gippsland, Lardner Park is Gippsland's premier regional conference and exhibition venue, offering unique and flexible indoor and outdoor spaces designed to host a variety of events and activities including festivals, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, expos and more.

Established in 1963, this purpose-built exhibition and event space has an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces including an agroforestry plantation, cattle yards, multiple pavilions (around 5,000 square metres undercover), powered areas for camping, a conference centre (for up to 1,000 delegates) and a seed plantation for research and development.

The 300 acre property offers both space and versatility, from large scale public events to small private functions.

Situated just 12 kilometres from Warragul and approximately 75 minutes from Melbourne, Lardner Park is conveniently located and easily accessible for exhibitors and attendees, making it a preferred choice for event organisers looking for venue space within regional Victoria.

Mount Worth State Park

Mount Worth State Park protects a remnant of the forests that once covered the western Strzelecki Ranges. Tall wet forests of Mountain Ash, Mountain Grey Gum and Blackwood grow on the hills and slopes and tree fers flourish in sheltered gullies.

Walking, picnicking and sightseeing are the most popular activities. The Giant's Circuit walk follows an old tramline route along Lorkin Creek to the Standing Giant - a huge Mountain Ash seven metres in circumference and probably more than 300 years old. Two lookouts on McDonald's Track give panoramic views over the Latrobe River valley, the Great Dividing Range and Westernport Bay.

Before you go
Conditions can change in parks for many reasons. For the latest information on changes to local conditions, please visit the relevant park page on the Parks Victoria website.

Be bushfire ready in the great outdoors. Refer to the Bushfire Safety section on the Parks Victoria website for tips on how to stay safe.
