Physical therapy and bio-mechanics form the basis of all their workouts, they are a heavy influence on their bottom line - quality over quantity.

At the Body Method they're focused on doing things right and building on foundations. Bodies are your space for life and at any given moment can flourish or fumble.

Their Bangalow studio is overflowing with community love. Fitted with eight top of the range reformers, one step in their Bangalow studio and you're greeted with their signature vibe of warmth, compassion and knowledge.

They truly believe the space is just as important as the practice and know you'll be having so much fun in these classes you will be wondering where time has gone.
