A Pyndan Camel Tracks vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a camel ride at noon. Enjoy a one hour afternoon camel ride up close to the MacDonnell Ranges, a signature Red Centre experience. Make friends with your gentle camel and learn their history from your expert guide. Catch sight of native animals including kangaroos and unwind to desert tranquility. Visit the 'Camel Lounge' to learn about camels and browse camel-themed souvenirs. Chat with friendly 'cameleers' about the history of camels in Central Australia and camel farm life. You will be set down at your hotel on conclusion of your tour.

- Rate is per person per seat. Two people may sit on one camel.

- Not suitable for people who suffer from ongoing back issues or those who have recently had hip replacements. It is also not suitable for those who are pregnant

- Visitors are encouraged to be aware that the desert environment is fragile and human interaction within it can cause disturbance to wildlife. As such, limited tour commentary is provided during the tour, which reduces noise pollution.
