Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a walk through the Kitchen Garden, and select the produce to be used in the preparation of your lunch.

Hosted by the St Hugo Chef, take a tour of the garden with the opportunity to pick some of the fresh produce that will be transformed in front of your eyes by the kitchen team.

Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at the open kitchen with a full view of the Chefs at work. Let the Chef take you on a culinary journey, showcasing their seasonal menu while being expertly paired with the stunning St Hugo wines from their knowledgeable cellar door hosts.
