- Confirmation of numbers is required. You must confirm your final booking numbers 7 business days prior to the booking date. Your dietary preference cannot be guaranteed as available. All dietary requirements must be provided 7 business days prior to the booking date. FIT cancellation policy 2-8pax: No cancellation fees charged if more than 24 hours notice is given, within 24 hours 100% of the experience price will be charged. Group cancellation policy 8+ pax: Amendments and cancellations are available but must be made at least 72 hours’ prior to your booking. Otherwise 50% will be charged, calculated on the basis of the guest numbers that you specified in your booking.

- Providing 48 hours’ notice or less will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No shows on the day, will be charged at 100% of the booking and forfeit the right to be rescheduled. You are responsible for being on time.. No refunds on experience booking for lateness (more than 15 minutes) or no-shows, without notification.
