In the winter months it is essential to wear heavy clothing including beanie and gloves. Fitness Level: - A reasonable level of fitness is required to participate in our hot air ballooning tours. Participants must be able to climb into the balloon basket & stand upright for the duration of the flight. All health conditions should be discussed with Outback Ballooning prior to departure. Insurance: - Mandatory Aviation Insurance of AUD30.00 per person applies. This charge is payable direct and subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR19-31MAR21: - No refund for bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. - Full refund is only given when tour is cancelled due the adverse weather conditions.
