Tree Chalets are located in the Margaret River Region in the southwest of Western Australia. The Property is:10 minutes drive from Busselton2 ½ hours drive from Perth½ hour drive from Margaret RiverTree Chalets offer 2 identical self-contained luxury chalets each sleeping 2 adults; Chalet Bluegum and Chalet Rosegum. Both chalets are nestled into a stunning 1000 tree Rosegum plantation on a 90-acre property and set 70 metres apart. The chalets have a pre-assessment star rating of 4.5. A third chalet will be available in late 2025.
Each chalet contains a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom (queen sized bed) and bathroom, living area with wood fire, front deck with 180 degree views into the trees and private back deck with 2 person outdoor bath and BBQ.
The chalets are eco-certified with EcoTourism Australia. There are many sustainable features for guests to enjoy including the property being 100% off grid with the chalets powered by the sun and supplied with UV filtered rainwater.
There are 5km of walk trails on the property and plentiful kangaroos and birdlife to spot. Due to the nature of the property we do not cater for pets.
The chalets are not serviced for 2-3 night stays, but for stays of 4 days or more a bed linen and towel change and refresh is provided.
Tree Chalets welcome all adults (we are adult only). property is LGBTQI friendly and are Welcome with Pride certified.
The owners, Andrew and Fran reside on the property and personally welcome all guests on arrival. Guests are then left to enjoy the chalet and if they need assistance at any time they can text Andrew and Fran.
