PARK REGIS CITY QUAYS: Guest to lift handset then Nitel will give them the safe code for both Park Regis City Quays and Piermonde Apartments. Inside the safe will be an envelope "Marked clearly with their surname" with a welcome letter, white swipe card and key to access room. The white swipe card waved over the access lightbox will give access into the reception foyer, then the key is used to enter the room, then the white access key is inserted into the power switch on the wall just inside the room, this will give power to the air conditioner. PIERMONDE APARTMENTS: At the front door wave the fob over the access lightbox to gain entry into the reception foyer, enter the lift and again wave the fob over the access lightbox and press the level required. Enter the room using the key.
