Hamilton Island Airport Arrival
- Upon arrival at Hamilton Island Airport, guests will need to identify their luggage which will then be transferred to their room. Guests will then be met by a member of the Hamilton Island team for transfer to their accommodation.
If not flying into Hamilton Island, please select from our transfer options - coach transfers are available from Proserpine Airport to Shute Harbour and Airlie Beach. Launch transfers are available between the mainland and Hamilton Island.

Hamilton Island Improvement Work Advice:
- Sails Restaurant and Pool will close temporarily.
- The Resort Centre Pool and the Sails Bar will remain open for takeaway food and drinks (there will be some seating available for guests who wish to dine in), however during this time these locations will experience some construction noise during working hours.
- Guests will continue to have access to their hotel pools (if applicable) as well as the Bougainvillea Pool, open to all guests and located near the Hamilton Island Resort Centre. For snacks and drinks close by, the Beach Pavilion Kiosk is open daily.
New dining options are available for lunch:
- From 18 June, Coca Chu will open for lunch Monday to Saturday, 12pm–2.30pm, offering a vibrant beachside setting and a specially curated menu.
- Catseye Pool Club, the signature restaurant at new boutique hotel, The Sundays is now open for lunch, it’s helmed by acclaimed culinary duo Josh and Julie Niland, and offers relaxed, island-style dining with sweeping views over Catseye Bay.
