Hamilton Island Airport Arrival
- If arriving by plane you will be met at the airport by a member of the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes team holding a sign with your name. From here you will be directed to the Front Office located at the airport for check in. You will be given an overview of the island and a map that highlights the direction to your holiday property, along with your keys. You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival - you will need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver's licence.
Hamilton Island Ferry Arrival
- If arriving by ferry you will be met at the Hamilton Island Marina by a member of the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes team holding a sign with your name, and transferred via minibus or buggy to the front office for check in. You will be given an overview of the island and a map that highlights the direction to your holiday property, along with your keys. You can get a transfer to the airport to collect your buggy - you will need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver's licence.

- Please ensure that your luggage is clearly labelled. Depending on the size of your group, porters may need to help with transporting luggage to your home.

Hamilton Island Sports Club:
- Is not included in the Hamilton lsland Holiday Homes rate but the Sports Club can be used by guests at an additional charge payable direct.

Hamilton Island Improvement Work Advice:
- Sails Restaurant and Pool will close temporarily.
- The Resort Centre Pool and the Sails Bar will remain open for takeaway food and drinks (there will be some seating available for guests who wish to dine in), however during this time these locations will experience some construction noise during working hours.
- Guests will continue to have access to their hotel pools (if applicable) as well as the Bougainvillea Pool, open to all guests and located near the Hamilton Island Resort Centre. For snacks and drinks close by, the Beach Pavilion Kiosk is open daily.
New dining options are available for lunch:
- From 18 June, Coca Chu will open for lunch Monday to Saturday, 12pm–2.30pm, offering a vibrant beachside setting and a specially curated menu.
- Catseye Pool Club, the signature restaurant at new boutique hotel, The Sundays is now open for lunch, it’s helmed by acclaimed culinary duo Josh and Julie Niland, and offers relaxed, island-style dining with sweeping views over Catseye Bay.
