Apartment 1 is a 3 bedroom apartment that can sleep 6 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 8 utilising the sofa bed, it has two bathrooms (main and en suite), fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room also has a washer/dryer.
Apartment 2 is a 1 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, one queen bed and a sofa bed if required - it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living area and a bathroom with washer/dryer.
The Suite is a 1 bedroom suite that can accommodate up to 4 people. One queen bed and a sofa if required. The Suite also has a detached bathroom that is for the exclusive use of The Suite guests. It is not an en suite.

There is no need for a car to discover central Hobart from Roxburgh House, most city attractions are within walking distance, but there is free parking at the rear of the building for further exploration and free wifi.
