After-hours Checkin Procedures For guests arriving after 5:15pm there is a different procedure for collecting the keys after our Reception office has closed. Guests will need to access a secure locked mailbox at 3 Evans St (the entrance to our IXL Apartments building). Within this secure mailbox will be an envelope marked with the relevant booking name containing the keys and directions to the apartments. Please note - as the hotel are a collection of apartments, the guests apartment may be in a different location to where they are collecting the keys. - Sullivans Cove apartments will need a contact mobile number for all guests so that the acess code can be given.
