Renowned for its warm hospitality, Lyndoch Hill is ideal for a retreat for 2 or to share with friends and family, and is a perfect base from which to explore the Barossa wine region or simply relax and enjoy the birds, the food and local wine. Nestled amongst one of Australia's most important rose gardens boasting over 30,000 roses!
Lyndoch Hill has a stunning world class Restaurant with a passion for using fresh local and regional produce. Backed by friendly waiting staff, we endeavor to ensure that a visit to the restaurant will be a memorable and rewarding one. The restaurant has a large outside terrace area, the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Barossa ranges whilst dining and listening to nature's orchestra of birds! Open 7 nights a week, the restaurant is fast becoming a must not miss eating destination of the Barossa.
Mark and Mandy Creed now operate the Barossa Chateau in association with Lyndoch Hill. The cellar door for boutique winemakers, Creed Wines, is now located at Barossa Chateau with wine tasting 7 days a week. Barossa Chateau now has a Gift Shop, Cafe, Antiques and Arts Gallery. The Barossa Chateau is open 7 days a week from 10am -4.30pm. The luxury residence within the Chateau is now released as an exclusive self-contained apartment style of accommodation.
Lyndoch Hill and Barossa Chateau specialise in weddings, functions and conferences with plans for musical events to be held. We have a team of staff that is dedicated to making your occasion special by tailoring it to your every need.

Room servicing will only take place If you are staying more than 3 nights, we will arrange a servicing on day 4 of your stay.
For shorter stays you will find extra bathroom linen in your wardrobe, if you would like used bathroom linen to be taken away there is a spare plastic bag in the wardrobe, please place in this bag and outside your room and our Housekeeping team will collect. If your rubbish needs to be removed please tie bag and leave outside your room, spare bags are in your bin.
Motel rooms and Merlot House are not serviced on public holidays.

For bookings which include breakfast, it is served at Lyndoch Hill Restaurant on site between 08:00am and 10:00am. If the restaurant is closed for breakfast a tray will be provided to the room instead. Check with reception when restaurant is open in the evening

Directions:
From Main North Road, take left exit to Gawler and look for sign towards Lyndoch. Turn right and travel up the hill out of Gawler. Follow this road (Barossa Valley Highway) for approximately 12kms. Go through Sandy Creek and after about 3kms you will come over a rise and enter the Barossa. Follow road until you see the Barossa Valley Caravan Park on the right. The arched entrance to Lyndoch Hill is approximately 300 metres past the Barossa Valley Caravan Park on the left hand side.
