Magnetic Island's Tropical Palms Resort provides comfortable self contained units in a garden setting just 100 meters from Picnic Bay Beach, hotel, jetty and children's playground. Short walk to the Golf Club. The attractions of Magnetic Island are right on your doorstep. You can swim, soak up the sunshine, stroll through the park, and explore the National Park. Just a short ferry ride from Townsville and you are taken to another world. The self contained units include a kitchenette with cooking facilities including microwave, air conditioning, ceiling fans, television and DVD player (movies available). Facilities at Tropical Palms Resort include pool, guest laundry, gas barbecue, landscaped gardens and car hire. ALL ROOM ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING INSIDE. Please note accommodation does not include ferry transfers onto the Island. Ferry times and costs vary please ensure you check ferry times. Passenger ferries run regularly with the last service being 11.30 Sunday- Thursday and 12 midnight Friday and Saturday. If you need to Catch the Car Ferry please note the last service is at 6.30pm
