- A $200 pre auth security bond will be taken on arrival against Visa or Mastercard. If you cannot provide a valid credit card to process the AUD200.00 preauthorization, a cash or EFTPOS bond will be required. Please note cash/EFTPOS bonds will result in the requirement of your bank information to refund. This may take 2 to 3 business days from departure to process. Cash bonds will NOT be returned in cash.

Transfer Info:
Turtle Beach Resort offers its own private shuttle buses providing airport and theme park transfers.

Schoolies Policy:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years of age.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents' accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings, this must be corresponding to the reservation name. Photo identification will be required on check-in.
- A bond of AUD200.00 per night will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival and be listed as occupants of the room for the duration of the booking. Any guest seen to be brekaing the house rules will be evicted from the premises and if required, the police will be called.
