Walmanyjun Cable Beach Foreshore Redevelopment
- Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa has advised the Shire of Broome has commenced a redevelopment project from 03 June 2025 to 30 June 2026. Work will be carried out in stages and precincts. Updates are on the Shire of Broome website.
- Stage 2 Northern Precinct: Developing the amphitheatre space and public car park to the west of Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa. The area will be temporarily inaccessible to the public. Alternate access to the resort and beach will be provided.
- Guests staying in the Suites, Oceanside Studios and Club Apartments (located closest to the project site) may experience some visual construction and auditory work activity daily during daylight hours 07:00am to early evening.
- 2025 Earthwork Project Stage: Guests across the resort may experience noise and vibrations. Work will take place daily during daylight hours 07:00am to early evening.
- The beach will remain open throughout the project. Works will occur from the dunes and green space above the beach.
