While the provider understands your desire to look your finest during the Vertigo experience, they request that you avoid wearing necklaces, dangling earrings and bangles for your safety and comfort. Please tie back long hair for safety. Menu: - Please select your main and dessert course option at the time of booking: Main 1 - Brodetto: Adriatic seafood stew with handmade bucatini, Moreton Bay bugs, local prawns, calamari, spring bay mussels, in a saffron bisque, served with fresh basil (gluten free available on request). Main 2 -Roman gnocchi: Hand-rolled potato gnocchi, braised spiced duck, jus, cultured butter, grated pecorino Romano cheese, served with sourdough pangrattato (golden fried breadcrumbs in extra virgin olive oil). Main 3: - Free-range chicken piccata: Free-range chicken breast, shallow fried in an egg and parmesan batter, fried sage, local exotic mushrooms sautéed in cultured butter, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
