After a quick stop at Mt Lofty Summit overlooking the Adelaide landscape, head to Shaw + Smith for a behind the scenes VIP vineyard and winery tour, followed by tasting their flagship wines. At The Lane, head into the cellar with the winemaker to disgorge an ageing bottle of sparkling wine which you'll enjoy with your degustation lunch. Then, head to Magill Estate for the Ultimate Penfold's Experience - touring the property and tasting their flagship wines including the iconic Penfold's Grange.
