Make your way to the Cairns Marina, and check in at the Reef Fleet Terminal, Big Cat Cruises desk at 08.15am for a 09:00am departure to Green Island. Enjoy 2 hours on Green Island, where you can choose to snorkel or stay dry and view the spectacular underwater reefs in a glass-bottom boat tour. Depart Green Island at 12 noon and arrive back to Cairns, where at 01:00 pm, you will be collected from the Reef Fleet Terminal by Cairns Discovery Tours to begin an afternoon Cairns sightseeing tour. Discover the very best of Cairns as you explore the highlights of the history and heritage of the town. Visit St Monica's Cathedral, which features the World's largest themed stained-glass windows. A guided walk through the Cairns Museum, a delicious afternoon Tea is included before a guided walk through the Flecker Botanical Gardens as you meander through the butterfly lined pat ways under the tropical canopy. Enjoy stunning lookouts and a short walk to the lower Barron Gorge at Surprise Creek Falls. Conclude the day with a visit to stunning Palm Cove, where you can stroll along the jetty or beach. The tour will conclude at 06:00 pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.
