Sample Itinerary changes venues regularly, so the below is a sample itinerary only after meeting the guide, its a short walk for some Tassie seafood shortly followed by an iconic Tasmanian curried scallop pie Next, head to a deli for a tasting plate of deli meats made in house along with local cheeses and a chat with the owner and/or butcher follow this up with some locally made chocolate with liquid Tassie booze inside (under 18’s will be given something else). The tour heads across the waterfront to a family run fishmonger and restaurant to see whats fresh and to try some fresh local oysters at the very least. A little piece of Jam dount in an old jam factory is the penultimate treat. The tour finishes with some ice cream by the waterfront from a floating punt. Recommend the uniquely Tasmanian flavour which you’ll taste but we leave the ice cream choice up to you.
