Be taken on a journey of all things sparkling.
First head out on a guided walk of the grounds while hearing about our wines and the Josef Chromy Wines estate. You will be then be immersed in a hands-on sparkling experience where you will learn about dosage levels while blending your own take-home bottle of sparkling, made to your own personal preference. You will also enjoy a two-course lunch at the hatted Josef Chromy Restaurant with Paired wines.
