Easier than most lighthouses to climb, this lighthouse tower is accessible even for small children, and is one of the most popular attractions in the Margaret River Region. Half-hour guided tours provide a fascinating insight into the functions of the working lighthouse, the history of the local area and several ghost stories that will send tingles down your spine! From the top balcony visitors are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Cape Naturaliste, Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park and the beautiful Geographe Bay coastline.The observation platform at the base of the lighthouse tower also enables sweeping views of the ocean and Geographe Bay; ideal for scenic photo opportunities.
