Enjoy a relaxing and intimate early evening in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate. Learn about Passel Estates wildlife conservation and bushland sanctuary, and discover the provenance of Passel Estates Margaret River wines. Start your evening with a private after-hours tasting of each of Passel Estates' award-winning, single vineyard wines, including the rare and exclusive Lot 71 Reserve wines. Then settle down as the sun sets over the vines to savour a generous glass (topped up) of your favourite Passel Estate wine alongside a platter of local, artisanal cheeses. Your Wine Sunsets experience includes a AUD 20 voucher towards any bottle of your choice to purchase on the evening. As dusk falls, head home to finish the evening with Passel Estates complimentary chocolate encased bonbons that have been designed and hand-crafted to pair perfectly with your chosen wine. Available most evenings though Spring and Summer upon request. Booking is essential and costs AUD118 per person, of which AUD15 goes directly towards further conservation efforts at the estate.
