Voyager's Sommelier will contact guests in advance to talk through the afternoon options. Voyager Select starts in the vineyards with a guided walk, setting the scene on the foundations of the wines – the organic farming methods, unique microclimate and maritime influence, all essential to the distinctive Voyager Estate style. Guests will learn from the vineyard team, with a chance to ask questions of the experts. From here guests visit the winery, tasting wine straight from the barrel and gaining an insight into the philosophy that drives the winemaking craft. It’s then time to indulge in a wine-paired lunch in the elegant Restaurant, where each dish is inspired by the wines while celebrating seasonal local produce.

Guests then have a chance to customise their afternoon. Choose from an essentials wine tasting, which goes back to basics on taste, aroma and wine identification, leading into an interactive food and wine pairing session or a custom deep dive into the guest’s preferred wine style with a subsequent wine blending session, where guests create their own wine.
