As we embark on a tour through the winery, guests will learn how the impact of soil, region, microclimate and varietal expressions have on the finished product of a wine.
For example, this tasting will highlight how varietals such as Grenache can be crafted as both a Rose style and a bold red wine, even when the fruit is from the same vineyard! If you love tasting different wine styles and want to learn something new, then this is the tasting for you - no level of wine education is required, this tasting is purely for enjoyment!
