Meet first hand local passionate producers. Meet a local salt maker, making sea salt from the pristine oceans that surround our beautiful island and taste our local beef. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and tasting of traditional dishes handed down by our Tahitian foremothers. Have a look at the beginning of a tea industry, Norfolk tea has a beautiful blend of teas to taste. Iced Berry, Earl Grey, and Masala Chai, just to name a few. Visit a local beekeeper and learn about local honeybees as well as a tasting of local honey and fruit.
