Hosted by one of Printhie’s Sparkling Specialists in the private cellar, take a guided walking tour of the vineyard and gain a rare insight into the process of creating one of Australia’s finest sparkling brands, from base wine to the disgorging and ageing process. Awarded Best Sparkling at the NSW Wine awards for an unprecedented six consecutive years from 2018 to 2023, the Swift Sparkling range reflects exceptional cool climate craftsmanship that continues to raise the bar for Australian sparkling. The Sparkling Masterclass includes a private tasting of the Swift Sparkling range where you’ll be able to taste sparkling wines over 10 years of age and a set four-course degustation lunch at Printhie Dining with matching wines. This experience also includes a private vineyard tour.
