Start your 'River Drift' adventure at a quiet rainforest location by the Mossman River. The welcoming team will provide you with the necessary gear, including boots and a river sled. The adventure begins with a short walk through the rainforest, where you will carry your sled to the river. The tour continues with a river walk upstream. As you tow your sleds behind you will be accompanied by talented guides who will sharing interesting facts and stories about the river's ecosystem. The walk along the granite sand riverbed provides guests with a unique perspective of the rainforest. Upon reaching the farthest point of the walk, you will switch to navigating the river on your sleds. As you make your way downstream, controlling your river sled, pass through a hidden stream that connects to the main Mossman River. This part of the tour allows you to relax and enjoy the surrounding rainforest. The experience concludes with a peaceful drift down the river. Lying your back on the sled, you will be carried by the gentle current, ending your journey with a serene and memorable experience on the Mossman River.

Child: 5-15 years inclusive - child rate apply.
- Child seats are available on request free of charge.
- Due to the nature of tours, there will be times when children will not be allowed to participate. A full refund or date change will be offered for any bookings affected. Private tours are recommended for guests travelling with infants/ toddlers.

To enjoy this active rainforest experience, all participants require a reasonable level of fitness and a high level of mobility. This activity can be challenging and participation is not without risk.
Due to limitations of our equipment, and our guides ability to safely rescue you in an emergency.
A good level of fitness and mobility is required if you are near or over this weight Back Country Bliss Adventures does NOT permit pregnant women, people with pre-existing conditions (including history of dislocation), neck, back or heart problems to take part. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor prior to making a booking. A refund is not guaranteed at the time of pickup, if a guest is determined to be unsuitable for the activity. This is only If a guest has not been truthful on their medical questionnaire, &/or doesn’t meet the minimum requirements for fitness, mobility, pre-existing conditions etc.
