Cancellation By Savannah Expeditions:
-Savannah Expeditions reserves the right to cancel and reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, vessel inoperability, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Master. In such instances, Savannah Expeditions may provide a suitable alternative vessel or charter date agreeable to both parties.
Responsible Service Of Alcohol:
- Savannah Expeditions operates under the Responsible Service of Alcohol Act and reserves the right to refuse service to excessively intoxicated passengers.
Vessels Course:
- The Booker acknowledges that the Master has sole discretion to take any action deemed necessary to safeguard the safety, welfare, and good order of the vessel.
Weather Conditions:
- The Booker agrees that all Charters will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless determined unsafe by the Master on the day of the charter.
