itinerary:	~~ 01-Apr-2022 to 31-Mar-2023~~Valid for 01APR23-31MAR24: This full day tour takes you to Talbot Bay for an exhilarating Horizontal Falls experience as well as incorporating highlights of the Dampier Peninsula including a visit to Cygnet Bay for a fascinating tour of Australia's oldest pearl farm, Ardyaloon Aboriginal Community and their Aquaculture Hatchery and a brief stop at the famous Shell Church located in Beagle Bay Aboriginal community (subject to public access based on Government and local community Covid-19 restrictions). Two delicious meals include a hot breakfast and lunch of locally sourced barramundi and salads served in either of the spectacular settings of Cygnet Bay or on the luxury houseboat at the Horizontal Falls. The following tour activities can be done in two different directions - drive first/fly second OR fly first/drive second. The same inclusions and activities are provided in both directions in reversed order. Sections of the 4WD trip may be bumpy as some of the roads are unsealed. Two delicious meals include a hot breakfast and lunch of locally sourced barramundi served in either of the spectacular settings of Cygnet Bay or on our floating dining pontoon at the Horizontal Falls. Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS: - All guests must declare their accurate body weight at time of booking to ensure safe and balanced loading of the aircraft. All guests will be weighed at boarding and will be refused boarding if their weight is over the declared weight on the booking and no refunds will be provided. We are not able to accommodate last minute weight increases on the existing bookings. If your weight has increased, please contact our Reservations team minimum 30 days prior to tour departure in order to discuss options or cancel your booking and receive full refund. Separately to the weight declaration, for safety reasons, we cannot carry passengers weighing more than 120kg. - Luggage limit - no more than 2kg for day tours and 5kg for overnight tours. - Dietary Requirements: We operate in a remote area so we will try our best to cater for all dietary requirements, please advise at the time of booking. - Fitness for Travel: You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit for travel. Before you confirm your booking, you must advise us of any medical or physical condition(s) that may require medical attention, medication, or special treatment during your tour. The boat ride through the horizontal falls may not be suitable for women over 26 weeks pregnant. - Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend that all guests arrange their own travel insurance prior to travel to cover any unforeseen circumstances, cancelation, lost or damaged property and emergency medical treatment. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: Overnight Stays: - No refund if the booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. Day Tours: - A fee of 25% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 30-15 days prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
