Feel the thrill of flying over the picturesque coral-studded sea before landing on Vlasoff Cay, a pristine sand cay in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. Relax on the pure white sand, beach comb for treasures, lay in the shallow crystal waters or snorkel straight off the cay and discover the magic of underwater world. The experience is complete with gourmet picnic hamper and sparkling wine and return helicopter scenic flight to Cairns. Concludes with hotel drop offs. Subject to availability and weather including tides. If Vlasoff Cay is occupied upon arrival, guests will enjoy a scenic flight to an exclusive beach location. On the rare occasion it is occupied on our arrival we will not be permitted to land. If this occurs passengers will receive an extended reef scenic flight back to the Pier Heliport (total flying time 45 mins including initial 20 mins from Cairns to Vlasoff Cay). Passengers will be able to keep their picnic lunch and our reservations team will advise and assist with any refunds applicable directly with the customer.~~~~
Important Info:	Valid for 01APR23-31MAR25: Booking Conditions: - All passenger body weights (kg) must be advised at time of booking. A weight variance greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload is 130 kg. The booking will not be confirmed if passenger body weights are not provided. - Passengers with special needs or travelling with more than one infant must advise at time of booking for pilot assessment. - Passengers need to provide mobile telephone number at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR23-31MAR25: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled or amended 48-25 hours prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled or amended 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
