Stop 1 a delicious breakfast at Lake Barrine crater lake. Stop 2 Private property to taste local Indigenous fruit conserves by a river. Stop 3 Spot a Platypus then enjoy a gourmet lunch and Tropical fruit wine and liqueur tastings. Stop 4 A working dairy farm to taste their delicious cheeses and chocolates. Tropical breakfast on the tablelands at Lake Barrine Crater Lake. Then to a private property to taste an array of locally made and sourced produce with your host Anna explaining where everything is from and grown or made. Lunch at the Australian Platypus Park, there is a chance to see platypus and taste a lunch of crocodile, Kangaroo and smoked fish and chicken followed by a tasting of the Murdering Point wine range. Next to a working dairy farm to taste their chocolates and buy their cheese. Next to a farm produce store to sample seasonal tropical fruits and local peanuts and Macadamia nuts and a chance to buy direct from the farmers. Spirit tastings at MT. Uncle distillery then off to Emerald Creek ice creamery to taste the tropical ice creams and sorbets.~~~~ |
