itinerary:	~~ 01-Apr-2025 to 31-Mar-2026~~Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Tour Itinerary: Meet at Outback at Isa 15 minutes prior to tour time. Guest will wonder through the history museum and admire some old equipment prior to stepping into the Alimak Cage (mine elevator) before they descend 16-metres below the surface into the underground mine. Guest will spend over two hours travelling through 1.2km of tunnels in relative darkness with the sounds of air pumps, trucks and blasts prior to visiting the crib room where the miners' metal tags are hund on the board to indicate they've returned. Each guest will be given the option of a tea or coffee with a pastie to eat in the crib room just like miners did. ~~~~
Important Info:	Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Important Information: - Please be at the departure point 15 minutes prior to tour departure. - Steel toed gumboots, hi-vis vest, hard hats and additional safety equipment is provided. - Tour participants are required to bring a pair of socks and to wear light clothing. - Tour participants must be able to walk unassisted. No cameras are to be taken underground. They are all fine to use in all other areas of Outback at Isa. - A 'Waiver of Liability' must be signed by all participants. No waiver, no tour. - Minimum age of participants is 7 years old. - Tunnels are approximately 4m high x 4m wide. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: - No refund for bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no show. I have read and agree to the important notes.
