Important Info:	Valid for 01APR23-31MAR25: Important Information: - Bathing in the hot springs pools is not recommended during pregnancy, or people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders or diabetes. The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask you to sign a waiver form prior to entry. - Please provide accommodation details, dietary requirements and medical conditions at time of booking. - Please provide passenger contact phone number at time of booking (either international with country code or Australian number). - Autopia Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary and operating days due to weather, special events, and/or third-party availability. - Please re-confirm your tour details within 7 days prior to departure on 03 9393 1333. - Infants aged 0 to 4 are not permitted to travel on adult laps and must be safely restrained within a child protective seat. Infant seats are free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking. - There is limited storage space on the bus, unable to accept wheelchairs, strollers, suitcases or large backpacks. - Spa treatments and wellness inclusions can be pre-booked directly with the Peninsula Hot Springs on 03 5950 8777. Please note limited availability especially during peak season. - Dress code: Swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable - Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips, thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and any wet areas - Locker and towel hire is available on arrival at reception payable direct. - NO cash payments – All onsite payments will be cashless, and where possible, contactless. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: Day Tours: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 6-2 days prior to travel. - No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. Extended Tours: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 29-15 days prior to travel. - No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
