Maximum Number of Passengers: - The vehicles for this tour are licensed to seat a maximum 24 passengers, however a maximum of 8 passengers for any one group booking is allowed. - Australian Wine Tour Co reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice. - Australian Wine Tour Co reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators. - Smoking is not permitted on vehicles or inside winery buildings. Touring Code of Conduct: Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle. Australian Wine Tour Co will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur. Uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behavior will not be tolerated. Wineries reserve the right to refuse service & entry. Disruptive persons will not be allowed on the bus. No alcohol or food is allowed on vehicles. No BYO food or drink is allowed in the wineries. Wineries do not have BYO license therefore you may not bring your own alcohol for consumption. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on vehicles or at wineries. Special needs – AWTC must be alerted to any special needs at the time of booking. This may include but not limited to disabilities, foreign language and dietary requirements. AWTC may not be able to facilitate special requirements if not requested and if not available on this tour. Wheelchair access vehicles are available on request, however extra vehicle and private touring charges apply. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: Yarra Valley Wine Experience: - A fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 14-8 days prior to travel. - A fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 7-3 days prior to travel. - No refund for bookings cancelled or amended (date change) 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. 2 Day Yarra Valley Luxury Overnight Tour: - No refund for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. Private Wine Explorer: - A fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 30-7 days prior to travel. - No refund for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
